Descrizione vino

"Il Repertorio" of Cantine del Notaio is a red wine produced with 100% Aglianico del Vulture grapes, cultivated in the vineyards located in the Vulture area of Basilicata. After the manual harvest in the second half of October, followed by maceration for about 10 days and vinification in stainless steel. The process ends with maturation in volcanic tuff caves in carats or French oak tonneaux for 12 months.

On the organoleptic examination, this wine shows a brilliant ruby red color. The nose has fruity notes of plum and cherry, spices and licorice. In the mouth evident fruity notes of cherry and marasca cherry, with nuances of spices and pleasing tannin.
