Umbria Rosato Peperosa Cesarini Sartori

From pure Sagrantino grapes comes this particularly fresh rosé wine from the Umbrian winery Cesarini Sartori. The grapes grown on stony-clay soils are harvested in the second decade of October and then subjected to pressing. After a short contact with the holes, fermentation in steel and finally the final stage of refining, always in steel.

Characteristics of this rosé wine

It has a bright pink color; the bouquet evokes fragrances of forest, apple, wisteria and pink pepper. On the palate it is slightly savory and reminiscent of wild strawberries.

Recommended combinations with this Umbrian rosé wine

Try with cereal or fish soups. Also great with fresh cheeses and traditional salami. Serve at a temperature of 12-14°C.
