Traminer aromatico of Winery Tenuta Luisa located in Mariano del Friuli, comes from Traminer Aromatico grapes 100%. Vinification is preceded by a short maceration of a few hours to allow the extraction of pigments and odorous substances found in the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for 12 days. Elevage on fine-grained lees for 6 months. Ageing in the bottle for a further 2 months.
Characteristics of Traminer Aromatico DOC
The color is straw yellow. The aroma is intensely aromatic with a bouquet reminiscent of vanilla, lime blossom and rose. In the mouth its characteristic aroma is particularly persistent.

Serve in goblets of medium size and at temperature of 10-12°C. It’s perfect with appetizers, soups, vegetables, rice, seafood, smoked fish, strong cheeses.
