Traminer Aromatico DOC Venica
This wine is produced with 100% Traminer grapes. The maceration of the pressed grapes lasts for 18 hours at a controlled temperature of 11°C. It is managed in specific containers protected by oxygen through the recycling of its fermentation CO2, to reduce the quantity of antioxidants. The must then ferments and ages on its yeasts for 5 months in steel containers.

Straw yellow colour with gold shades. Its perfume is intense and aromatic with hints of vanilla. The taste is fresh and soft with a long and persistent final. Great with aged cheeses and crustaceans.
