Terre Siciliane Rosso "SP68" OCCHIPINTI
From the Blend vinification of 70% Frappato grapes and 30% Nero d'Avola grapes. Both vines come from organic cultivation, no chemical intervention. The origin is the classic one of Sicily. Harvest takes between the last week of September and the first ten days of October. Vinification is made with indigenous yeasts, followed by 15 days of maceration on the skins. Refinement takes place for 6 months in tanks, 1 month in bottle. No filtration.
Terre Siciliane Rosso SP68’s features
A dark ruby red color. The perfume expresses all its Mediterranean soul thanks to notes of red fruits, thyme and dark spices. Its wild taste introduces a fresh, engaging and very pleasant sensation. Excellent for balance and punctuality of the tannin, it closes with a nice fruity memory.
