The Sylvaner of Abbazia di Novacella is certainly a source of pride for the Augustinian monks who have run the abbey since time immemorial. In the heart of South Tyrol, the mineral-rich soil of the Val d'Isarco produces wines with a unique character, such as Sylvaner. A typical grape variety of the area that is worked by the cellar staff who, thanks to the use of the best technologies of our time, create a product that stands out for its freshness and its contagious vivacity that has always made every sip special. A delicious white wine that convinces in tasting with its soft structure and its verve given by the precious vein of freshness that caresses the palate.

Characteristics of this white wine

The wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose aroma recalls the wild flowers, medicinal herbs, ripe pear and melon. The taste is soft, with a good structure and a pleasant freshness.
