Picolit "Vino Dolce della Casa" in Box Jermann

This wine is made by 100% Picolit grapes. It is produced by the Jermann winery from Friuli and in 2006 these grapes were firstly used alone. The “Vino Dolce della Casa”, Picolit of the Collio of Jermann born from grapes that has a natural withering process. It is a delicious raisin wine very appreciated.

Characteristics of the Picolit of the Jerman winery

It has a bright gold color. The smell is rich of cooked apple, honey, candied fruit and barley aromas with mineral and white pepper hints. The taste is deep and balanced with a great harmony and persistence.

Suggested pairings with this sweet wine

It is perfect with Roquefort or as meditation wine. It must be served at 12°C in a tulip wine glass.
