Descrizione vino

This refined Müller Thurgau DOC Tramin surnamed the “amber” of Trentino is a white wine with a color that changes depending on the aging. It starts from a green yellow of the hay until a straw yellow color. It is characterized by a delicate scent with grass and nutmeg hints. It has a fresh and aromatic taste. Once again, according to the Tramin tradition the DOC certification is Südtirol – Alto Adige DOC. The grapes used for the production of the Müller Thurgau DOC comes from the same named vine. The cultivation and the production takes place at Termeno, Montagna and Corona areas, where the vineyards are extended on calcareous, clay and pebbly soils located at 500-850 meters above the sea level. The profit is 80 hectoliters per hectare. After the harvest the grapes are softly pressed and the maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 19°C. There is no malolactic fermentation.
