Montecucco Rosso "Rigoleto" DOC BIO
This traditional wine of Tuscany has the denomination Montecucco Rosso DOC. It is a blend composed by 70% Sangiovese, 15% Ciliegiolo and 15% Montepulciano. It is cultivated in vineyards located 300 meters above the sea level that have different exposition and different composition of the soils. The wine-making is managed in steel, with 15-20 days maceration at a controlled temperature that swings between 27-30°C.Malolactif fermentation in steel. The aging is developed 50% in steel and the other 50% in used barriques or tonneau. Minimum 6 months maturation in the bottle.

Its ruby red colour is enriched by fruity scents surrounded by spices and balsamic hints. The taste is soft, with sweet tannins and a dynamic sourness.

Perfect with every type of preparation. Excellent with filled pasta, dishes with ragù sauce and light second courses. It has to be served at 16°C in a wide wine glass that guarantees a good oxygenation.
