Descrizione vino

It is floral, elegant and rigorous. It has many aromas and a balance relation between acidity and structure for a wine not easy and very intense. These are the main characteristics of the prestigious Fondatore which ferments in bottle according to the ancestral method. The main characteristic of this wine is in the vinification: the re-fermentation takes place in bottles in a natural way and it follows an aging period of 6 months. This wine has the DOC Lambrusco di Sorbara certification of the Emilia Romagna. The proof is 11,5%.

Characteristics of the wine Lambrusco di Sorbara del Fondatore DOC
