The label “Villa Cialdini” of the production company Cleto Chiarli is made by Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC grapes. It is an excellent wine of the Emilia Romagna region. The producer Chiarli is the most ancient producer of typical wines from Emilia Romagna. It was founded in 1860. The agricultural company “Cleto Chiarli Tenute Agricole” produces high quality wines obtained by the selection of more than 100 hectares of vineyards e from the most important DOC zones in the Emilia Romagna. The red wine Lambrusco Villa Cialdini has a rich color and scent with red fruits aromas and with controlled tannins. It has a proof of 11%. It is produced by Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro vine which belongs to the company. There is the traditional pressing and the maceration for at least 36 hours at 10°-12°C. It follows the cold maceration on decanted must with selected yeasts with the following re-fermentation with the “cuve close” method.
