The red Lambrusco di Grasparossa Chiarli is honored by the DOC certification. The particular characteristics of the wine from the Emilia tradition give this wine an intense red color with strong blueberry and raspberry aromas, very rich on the palate with a balanced acidity. It is suitable for those who loves an intense wine without being excessive. The proof of the Pruno Nero is 10,5%. The production process starts with the soft pressing of the grapes with a maceration at 10°-12°C. The pure fermentation at low temperatures on the decanted must with the addition of selected yeasts. Finally it takes place the re-fermentation with the “cuve close” method where the wine is storage at low temperature.

 

Characteristics of this Lambrusco

The Pruno Nero Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC has an intense red color with a strong structure, intense and rightly persistent which is forestalled by an abundant and rich foam. The scent is wide and remarked, charming and enveloping at the same time. There are remarkable berry and fruity hints with a soft taste and a structured body. It is also winy.
