Wine description
From pure Fiano grapes comes this white wine from the Apulian Varvaglione winery. The grapes harvested during the harvest undergo soft pressing followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14 C°. Refinement takes place in steel.
Characteristics of this Apulian wine
It has a straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. The bouquet is very intense and complex and recalls sambuca flowers but also yellow-fleshed fruit. On the palate it is fresh and with a pleasant savouriness.
Recommended pairings with this Apulian white wine
Try it with fish dishes, especially grilled fish. Serve at a temperature of 10 C°.
