From a blend of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes grown in the vineyards of the Classical hilly area of Castelcerino di Soave at around 150-450 m above sea level, this Soave from the Coffele Winery was born. This white wine was born following a manual harvest of the grapes in September for Trebbiano di Soave and October for Garganega; all the grapes are harvested in 20 kg boxes to preserve the perfect integrity of the grapes until pressed. Fermentation always takes place while maintaining a temperature below 18°C to preserve the freshness and aromas of the grapes. Following racking and filtration, the final stage of steel ripening is reached with subsequent assembly of the two grapes.
Characteristics of this wine from the Coffele Winery
It has a very bright and bright intense yellow color. The olfactory notes evoke a very rich aromatic fan: citrus, cedar, pink grapefruit, but also tropical fruit, white peach, and linden. On the palate it is dry and with an intriguing taste freshness, with a fruity finish.
Recommended pairings with this wine from Veneto
excellent with seafood and raw fish dishes, white meats and vegetable dishes. Serve at 9-10°C.
