Isola dei Nuraghi Rosato "Spantu" BIO
The IGT "Spantu" wine of Cantine Antigori is produced with 100% Carignano grapes, grown in the sandy-clay soils of Capoterra, province of Cagliari. After the manual harvest, the grapes are destemmed and pressed and the must is then fermented at low temperature in steel tanks: the fermentation lasts 15 days and takes place at a temperature of 12-13° C.
Isola dei Nuraghi Rosato "Spantu" BIO's features
Pale pink. Intense, slightly citrus and characterized by hints of small red fruits. Dry, with a sapid and fresh imprint. Well balanced, moderately warm and persistent.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Antigori winery
Perfect simply as an aperitif; to try with crustaceans and tartare. Serve at a temperature of 10°C in a glass not very wide.
