From a vineyard located on soil rich in calcium and white clay, this Chardonnay Bricola of the Bosco del Merlo Winery was born. The perfect ripening of the grapes is promoted during the vegetative cycle by reducing the buds, while leaf removal promotes better exposure to the sun's rays. The grapes are harvested at the coolest hours of the day, to preserve all the primary aromas and aromas. After destemming, the grapes and must are cooled and kept at a temperature of 5°C. The cryomaceration process lasts approximately 24 hours and serves to extract the fruity aromas peculiar to the peel. This is followed by soft pressing to extract the must; final aging on the yeasts.
Features of this Chardonnay Bricola
It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and intense, mineral, fresh olfactory notes. On the palate it impresses with hints of yellow peach, golden apple and banana.
