Descrizione del vino
Vin Santo di Carmignano Riserva Capezzana comes from 90% of Trebbiano and a small part of San Colombano. The bunches are harvested during the first months of September, and are left to dry naturally until February. The vinification takes place in small casks of chestnut, oak and cherry. The final aging has a total duration of 5 years.
Vin Santo RISERVA DOC's features
This Vin Santo has a color that recalls that of amber. The nose notes of dried fruit and candied. With an excellent body, energetic and vigorous, with a sip characterized by a great breadth and softness.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Capezzana winery
Perfect with dry desserts or spoon. To try with blue cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 14ºC in the glass not very wide.
