Descrizione vino

This sensational wine from the Capichera winery, is the result of the most famous grape variety of the island of Nuraghe, black berry and cluster rich and compact. The Syrah. Prestigious and refined as well as elegant. The origin of the vines falls in the municipalities of Olbia and Palau. The designation of origin is the IGT Isola dei Nuraghi that guarantees the Typical Geographical Indication. The aging potential is very high. Fermentation and maceration develop in steel tanks for 3 weeks. It is then aged for 12 months in barriques and barrels.

 

ASSAJE's features

This sensational wine has an intense red color with violet reflections. The scent reveals a splendid fusion of ethereal and vinous notes, where you can sometimes feel black fruits, cherry under spirit, blackberry, myrtle, spices, eucalyptus, cocoa and brackish notes. The taste is full, warm, savory, with rich and concentrated ripe fruit and fine tannic texture; the finish is long and persistent; great character.

 

Suggested pairings tasting this product of Capichera winery

An ideal wine to be combined with the cuisine of the land and especially the main courses of red meat. Excellent with grilled beef steak. The optimal serving temperature is 14ºC.
