Descrizione vino

The grapes of this Valpolicella come from vineyards suited to the classic area and processed with modern criteria in compliance with the best Veronese tradition. The vines used for its vinification are those of Corvina and Rondinella. The origin falls within the DOC of Veneto. The winemaking process involves the use of valuable and refined techniques. Obtained with modern criteria in compliance with the best Veronese tradition, it ages for a short period in barrels of different origins and sizes and then rests for a few months in the bottle before being marketed.

 

Valpolicella Classico Le Caleselle DOC Santi’s features

It has an intense ruby colour. The perfume on the nose is expressed with dominant fruity scents; in particular, notes of cherry jam and blueberries are distinguished. The taste on the palate is full-bodied, soft, balanced and long-lasting.
