Wine description
Valdobbiadene Rive Di Solighetto DOCG comes from vineyards owned by the Spagnol family in the DOC and DOCG area between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano. The variety of grapes used is Glera (Historic synonym of prosecco). Fermentation follows in autoclave according to the Italian Method. Aged at least 3 months.
Characteristics of the "Rive di Solighetto" Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut
Straw yellow color with fine perlage. Bouquet of mature and exotic fruit, slightly balsamic. To the palate is intense and balanced flavour. Minerals and flavour highlighted.
Recommended pairings while tasting this Sparkling
It should be served in a medium sized glass at a temperature of 8-10°C. Perfect for aperitifs and soup or pastas. Delicious with entrées of fish and white meats, too.
