Descrizione vino

From the vinification of 100% pure Chardonnay grapes. The origin of this product with grapes from vineyards of the Cabreo estates located on the hills of Panzano. For the vinification is provided for soft pressing and cold decantation for 24 hours, followed by the partial alcoholic fermentation in 500-liter French oak barrels that for 50% are new and for 50% of a year. The maturation develops for 12 months in oak barrels of 500 liters with "bâtonnage". Finally, the aging develops for a minimum of 6 months in bottle.

 

Characteristics of this Tuscan white wine

The wine has a straw yellow color. The wine has a great personality. Exuberant aromas that speak the language of flowers and ripe tropical fruits. The taste is rich, dense, persistent but also fresh, fragrant and mineral.

A perfect wine to accompany white meats, shellfish, fish, pasta dishes, vegetables. The optimal serving temperature is 18ºC.
