This Sicilian white wine from the Duca di Salaparuta Winery is made from pure Carricante grapes grown at approximately 650 meters above sea level on lava soils. The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and gently pressed. The resulting must is then separated from the solids by sedimentation, and the decanted must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C. The wine will age on its lees for at least three months, and then age in the bottle for at least one month.
Characteristics of this Sicilian wine
It has a straw yellow color with greenish highlights. The bouquet evokes tropical fruit and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is harmonious and intense, with a long finish.

Try it with seafood dishes: steamed appetizers, seafood pasta, but also fried or grilled foods. It's also excellent with white meats or grilled vegetables. Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C
