Description du vin
Il Syrah IGT Terre Siciliane Ruggiero is a red wine, produced by the Assuli company located in the Trapani countryside in Mazzara del Vallo. This wine grapes is 100% Syrah picked at the end of August. The maceration of the peel takes 8-10 days, follows 3-4 months of rafinement in steel and, at least, 3 months in bottle.
Caractheristics of Syrah Terre Siciliane wine
Esthetically appears deep ruby red coloured with purple reflections. The scent is spicy with some liquorice, pear and Mediterranean flavours. The taste is agreeably sapid and fresh with a spicy and lasting aftertaste.
Suggestions for the Syrah wine
It has to be served in large globets at 17-18°C It is perfect to be eaten with pasta and meat sauce “ragù”.
