Descrizione vino

A sensational sparkling wine that recalls the Italian tradition and expresses the excellence of the high-quality Prosecco of Veneto. A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, able to enhance perfumes and richness, taking something by each vine variety. The harvest is in the first half of September and the white wine making, at a controlled temperature of 18°C, considers although a partial contact with the peels for Pinot Noir. The foam formation is slow and appears during the re-fermentation at 12, max 14°C in huge, closed containers. A rest on the yeasts of 3 months follows and conclude the production process. The bottle pressure is 5atm.

 

Features of Spumante Metodo Italiano Brut Rosé di Pinot

The organoleptic exam reveals a bright light pink colour with faint and continuous perlage, refined and elegant. The perfume is intense and persistent, really classy, with fruity hints of peach, apricot and currant. Its taste is dry, with a good structure and a great softness. Its balanced sensations are concluded by a fruity final.

This Prosecco produced by Ruggeri goes along with starters, cold cuts, pasta and roasted white meats. It has to be served at 6°C in a high, tapered wine glass, suitable for sparkling wines. It reaches an alcoholic strength of 11,5% Vol.
