Moscato dello Zucco is made in limited quantities, just over 8000 bottles. Produced on the estates of Contrada Zucco, between Partinico and Terrasini, this Moscato wine produced by Cantina Cusumano is made in full respect of tradition. In fact, only the best grapes are used, harvested manually during the warmer months and left to wilt in the cellar in perforated crates, in such a way as to reduce the weight by 50%. This is followed by soft pressing and fermentation in oak shells.
Characteristics of this Sicilian wine
It has a very intense amber yellow color. The olfactory notes recall honey, candied fruit, and exotic fruits. On the palate it is sweet with a good acidic vein.
