The "Bibio" Rosato by Fattoria Giuseppe Savini is produced exclusively from black grapes from organic vineyards. After the harvest at the end of September, the grapes are gently pressed and the fermentation takes place in contact with the skins for about 30 minutes. It is then transferred to steel where it matures until the following spring when it is bottled.
Characteristics of this BIO rosé wine
Bright, lively pink. On the nose, hints of wild strawberries and cherry with spicy notes. A fresh and savory wine that make it very pleasant and mineral.
Serving suggestions by tasting this wine from Abruzzo
Excellent with fish soups, grilled fish but also with the classic spaghetti tomato and basil. To be served at a temperature of 10ºC in a glass not very wide.
