Cabernet Sauvignon Fattoria Savini
The red wine Cabernet Sauvignon IGT of the winery Fattoria Savini.
The wine starts with a maceration of 8-10 days to allow the extraction of pigments and odorous substances found in the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25°C, with a second fermentation in the autoclave and aged in tank for 6 months.
The color is deep red with violet notes.
To the nose is spicy and enhances notes typical of the variety.
In the mouth it is full, with a strong taste and characteristic.
Serve in glasses with an aperture at a temperature of 15-18°C.
It is perfect with red meats, game and boiled meats.
