Weinbeschreibung
The Primitivo di Manduria "Empirio" of the Winery Mediterranea is a red wine produced in the area of Salento in apulia. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and undergo maceration for 8-10 days, then, after pressing, the must is fermented in vats. After fermentation, the wine is poured and centrifuged again.
Characteristics of Primitivo di Manduria EMPIRIO
Its color is deep red with orange reflections. Its aroma is vinous and persistent. The palate is full and harmonious.
