Pinot Nero "Vigna Maso Reiner" DOC KETTMEIR Santa Margherita

The starting temperature permits the extraction of the colored substances of the Pinot Nero and the stabilization of themselves with the tannins of the grape. At the end of the fermentation the young wine is poured into wood barrels of 30hl where it ages for 12-15 months. This wine is made by 100% Pinot Nero grapes.
