Pinot Nero di Toscana "IL CHIUSO" CASTELLO DI AMA
Toscana Rosso Il Chiuso by Castello di Ama is produced with the vineyards located on the hills between Gaiole and Radda in Chianti, in the heart of Chianti Classico. It is composed by Pinot Noir and Sangiovese grapes, harvested manually. The fermentation is managed in steel containers at controlled temperature for 2-3 weeks. The aging in barriques lasts 6 months, followed by a further evolution in the bottle.

The organoleptic analysis shows a deep red colour. The scent recalls particular features of the two vine varieties like strawberry, cherry and blueberry. The taste is fresh, harmonious and complex.
