CASTELLO DI AMA
Ama takes its name from a little village located on the hills of Tuscany that, from the XIV century, developed agriculture and wine production. We are talking about Gaiole in Chianti, where in the 70s some members created the company Castello di Ama. They took this challenge with the aim of bringing back the winery to its ancient glory, by producing a Chianti that would be able to compete with the great international wines. Lorenza Sebasti and Marco Pallanti manage 80 hectares and produce some excellent labels famous all over the world.
