This red wine from Cantina Giustini is born from the AVOGLIA line, dedicated to young, fresh wines with a simple drink. This red wine is made from pure Negroamaro grapes, sourced from the company vineyards of San Giorgio Ionico: the vineyards have an average age of 10-15 years and are planted on medium-textured soils with good fertility. The bunches must be collected manually during the harvest at the end of September. This is followed by destemming and maceration of the grapes for at least 8 days, then alcoholic fermentation in steel at a temperature of 22-24°C. The final refinement stage is also carried out in steel.
Characteristics of this Salento wine
