Descrizione vino

This label from the Pievalta winery is the result of the vinification of 100% pure Montepulciano grapes. The origin is the classic one of the Marche. Harvest requires the whole grape vinification with stay on the skins and daily delastage, 18 months in steel and 5% in used barriques. The refinement takes place for at least 9 months in the bottle during which the wine rests and softens.

 

Marche Rosso Campo del Noce BIO Pievalta’s features

A ruby red color. The scent has notes of fruit from the undergrowth, rosemary and wildflowers. The taste on the palate is lean, smooth, with a fresh and light sip thanks to the well-integrated tannins.

 

Suggested food pairings while tasting this Marche Rosso Campo del Noce Pievalta

Excellent with white meat recipes, in particular with rabbit and turkey. Try it with mixed platters of cured meats and medium-aged cheeses, it is perfect with a roast rabbit with ham and asparagus. The optimal serving temperature is 16 ° C in a high and wide glass that lets the aromas exhale.
