Wine description

From a blend of Lambrusco 85% and Pinot Noir 15% this brut rosé sparkling wine is born: the grapes are harvested in early September with subsequent vinification in red, with a short passage on the skins. The refermentation takes place following the Martinotti method or in autoclave.

Characteristics of this rosé sparkling wine

It has a golden pink color and a slight perlage. The olfactory notes recall fresh fruit, raspberry, blackberry and white fruit.On the palate it is fresh and mineral, with a long and persistent finish.

Excellent with aperitifs but also as a wine throughout the meal: try with tasty first courses but also grilled fish, pizza and fried food. Serve at 6/8 ºC.
