"Voilà" Brut Pecorino di Casal Thaulero comes from 100% Pecorino grapes, and is sparkling with the Martinotti method.
Pecorino Spumante Brut "VOILÀ"'s features
Voilà a sparkling wine with a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish nuances, fine-grained perlage. The taste is strong and enveloping, marked mineralita', pleasantly fresh, complex and balanced structure. Complex and fragrant, clear hints of bread crust, floral notes of jasmine and broom and balsamic sage.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Casal Thaulero winery
Perfect with appetizers and fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 10ºC in a slender glass.
