Lagrein Rosé COLTERENZIO
From the vinification of 100% pure Lagrein grapes. Its origin is the traditional one of Alto Adige, which soils are of the morainic type - alluvial up to deep sandy substrates. After a short contact with the skins, the pressing and the traditional white vinification and fermentation take place in steel vats. A subsequent refinement on fine lees follows.
Lagrein Rosé Colterenzio’s features
A very light ruby red color. Perfume expresses delicate and elegant fruity notes. Taste has rich hints of red berries and cherry open to a taste that stands out for the joyful acidity typical of the grape. It closes with a finish of excellent cleanliness and decisive persistence.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Lagrein Rosé Colterenzio
Perfect with cold appetizers, first courses, roasted fish and white meat dishes. The optimal serving temperature is 10°C in a large glass.
