Descrizione vino

The first white wine in Castello Monaci’s history. It is a single grape variety based on Chardonnay. The name comes from the Greek and means "today", to indicate an everyday wine, versatile and suitable for any type of occasion. The grape variety used for its vinification is that of 100% pure Chardonnay, the origin is the classic one of Salento, south of Puglia. The wine is obtained from Chardonnay grapes vinified in white with a soft pressing and which rest for a few months on its lees, it is an everyday wine, but with a strong personality and a sunny soul.
