Cabernet Sauvignon "Quintessenz" DOC CALDARO - KELLEREI KALTERN
Riserva Quintessenz is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and a small percentage of Merlot. Following the harvest and the pressing of the grapes, it remains in contact with the skins for a period of about 4 weeks in oak barrels, where it also undergoes alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques for 18 months.
Cabernet Sauvignon "Quintessenz" DOC's features
Deep and dense ruby red colour. As dense is also its scent, which opens into a diverse bouquet: from the fruit of the forest to a spicy finish of cinnamon and noble wood.

Perfect with meat dishes also structured. Serve at a temperature of 16ºC in a fairly large glass.
