Amarone Classico della Valpolicella DOCG TOMMASI
This is a traditional wine from Veneto. The cultivation areas are “Groletta” and “Conca d'Oro” vineyards located in the DOCG Amarone area. This wine is made with Corvina Veronese 50% Corvinone 15%, Rondinella 30%, and Oseleta 5%. There is a first step of withering of the grapes for 3 months in the fruit-drying and it follows 3 years in the Slavonia oak barrels of 35hl.

It has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The smell is intense, refined with ripen cherry and prunes aromas. The taste is complex and velvety with a full and bodied palate with typical withered grapes hints.
