Descrizione vino

From the refined Bisol winery, this sensational Prosecco DOCG is born which sees the use in a blend of Glera grapes for 85% of the blend, to which are added grapes of lesser importance, from the Valdobbiadene area, for a maximum of 15%. The land on which the vines are grown are located about 250 meters above sea level. The harvest takes place at the end of September, and continues until the beginning of October, always through manual harvesting.

 

Characteristics of this Prosecco Superiore Brut Bisol

On the organoleptic examination, this sensational product from the Bisol winery has a straw yellow colour with light greenish reflections, embellished with a fine, rich and persistent perlage. The scent is broad and intense, enveloping and lively. The fruity and floral notes blend with harmony and elegant finesse. The taste is a refined balance between softness, flavor and acidity, which together enhance its elegance. It persists in the mouth with a pleasant freshness.
