Grechetto Umbria FATTORIA DEL CERRO COLPETRONE
The Grechetto Umbria IGT from the Colpetrone winery is produced with Grechetto and Chardonnay grapes. The bunches are harvested manually and then subjected to soft pressing; the must thus obtained first of all undergoes a cold decantation phase and subsequently a fermentation between 12 and 15 ° C. Once the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the refinement takes place in contact with the lees for a duration of 3 months.
