The vinification involves the soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature. The refermentation is allowed to develop naturally in steel vessels.

Features of this Prosecco Docg

The appearance is light straw-yellow. The organoleptic examination highlights the aromas on the nose and stands out the aroma rich in floral and fruity scents. The taste on the palate is light, digestible and dry thanks to its lively perlage, but fine and never inopportune and intrusive. Its taste is pleasant, underlined by the evanescence of bubbles and confirms exactly the olfactory characteristics.
