This Spumante Trento DOC Dosaggio Zero wine from Cantina Letrari is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked among the vineyards located in Vallagarina: here are in fact the roots of Cantina Letrari, founded in 1976 by the founder Leonello. The peculiar position of the hills, which enjoy the benefits of southern exposure and a Mediterranean climate thanks to the Ora del Garda, allows to give rise to wines of undoubted quality. After the manual harvest, the grapes are left on the lees for at least 24 months, as required by regulations.

Characteristics of Spumante Trento DOC Zero Dosage

This Spumante Metodo Classico is an immediate wine, which surprises for its crispness and harmony. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir give a straw-yellow color, clean and brilliant. In the mouth it is dry, balanced and persistent with hints of pear and bread crust, and a good acidity.

Recommended pairings with this Spumante

Perfect if combined with appetizers made of ham, Parmesan but also fish appetizers. Try it with Sushi and Sashimi. This sparkling wine should be served at a temperature of 6/8 degrees in a tall and tapered glass.
