Di Majo Norante
This wine is obtained by the Tintilia grapes, an ancient local vineyard from Molise. This wine is produced with 100% Tintilia grapes in the company estate with vines located at 300 meters above the sea level. The harvest takes place in the first decade of October and it follows a maceration on peels for about 1 months. The aging takes place for the 50% in oak medium large barrels, and the remaining 50% in stainless steel tanks. Finally there is a 6 months of bottle maturing. The proof is 13,2% and the acidity is 5,5 grams per liter.
