Wine description
100% Glera grapes, cultivated in the best vineyards owned by the Marsuret company, located in the prestigious area of Cartizze di Valdobbiadene. The soft pressing process is followed by alcoholic fermentation. The long re-fermentation follows the Charmat Method, that considers the foam formation in autoclave.
Features of the Cartizze Valdobbiadene Superiore sparkling Dry wine
Clear but shiny straw yellow colour, with faint and persistent pelage. Its perfume is aromatic, with hints of flowers and mature fruits. The taste is harmonious and silky.
