From the use of pure Chardonnay grapes, this white wine from Cantina Cusumano was born: Jalé is part of the line of wines that Cusumano dedicates to the grape varieties of its territory, which express Sicily at its best with all its thousand facets. This wine originates from Tenuta Ficuzza, not far from Palermo: the best grapes are carefully selected during the harvest and then vinified in white. The final refinement phase takes place in barriques for a few months.
Characteristics of this Sicilian wine
It has a straw yellow color with golden highlights. The olfactory notes recall citrus, pineapple, vanilla, and cinnamon. On the palate it impresses with warm aromas and a rich, long and vibrant taste.

Perfect for a full meal, especially suitable with fish-based dishes, baked pasta and vegetarian dishes. Serve at 8-10°C.
