Montelvini 0% Alcohol Free Sparkling is born from a blend of fine and aromatic white grapes, with a Riesling base, designed to offer a fresh and elegant alcohol-free experience. Dealcoholization occurs via a rotating cone column, a gentle technology that removes alcohol at low temperatures and in vacuum conditions, preserving the aromas, fragrance, and freshness of the wine. A portion of the must is then added to balance acidity and softness, while the controlled addition of CO₂ provides a pleasant effervescence and microfiltration ensures purity and stability of the product.
Characteristics of this Alcohol-Free Sparkling Wine
On organoleptic examination it appears with a bright straw yellow colour, embellished with a fine foam and an elegant and persistent perlage. Floral notes and delicate mineral nuances emerge on the nose, while on the palate it stands out for its crystalline freshness, harmony and balance between natural acidity and softness. The sip is light, thirst-quenching and pleasantly lively.
