Wine description
This Foscaro Prima Cuvée sparkling wine is made from the finest white grapes in the province of Treviso: after manually harvesting the bunches, it is pressed and softly pressed. Fermentation follows with the aid of selected yeasts at a temperature of 15°C. Sparkling is done using the Charmat Method, at a temperature of 15°C.
Features of this extra dry sparkling wine from Cantina La Marca
It has a straw yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage. The olfactory bouquet is fresh and floral, with clear fruity notes. Harmonic on the palate, light and particularly fresh.
Recommended pairings with this Foscaro Prima Cuvée
Try fried foods, meatballs, fish dishes. Also great as an ingredient for fancy cocktails. Serve at 8-10°C.
