This Rosato del Salento Rosa del Golfo from the Apulian winery of the same name is produced with 90% Negroamaro and 10% Malvasia Nera Leccese grapes. After the manual harvest, the must obtained is then fermented in steel tanks for 6 months.

Characteristics of this Apulian wine

Upon organoleptic examination this Salento wine shows a bright pink color; floral scents and notes of red fruits predominate on the nose. On the palate it is soft and with a good freshness and flavor.

Suggested food pairings while tasting this Apulian wine

Excellent with all fish-based dishes and fresh cheeses, also ideal with a simple aperitif. To be served at a temperature of 8-10°C in a not very large glass.
