Ribolla Gialla "Sant'Helena" Fantinel
From the pure vinification of 100% pure Ribolla Gialla grapes. The origin is that of the IGT Venezia Giulia area. All the Fantinel vineyards are grown within the company areas. For the vinification, the grapes are left to dry in steel at a controlled temperature, where they remain to refine for about 4 months before being bottled.
Ribolla Gialla Sant’Helena Fantinel’s features
A bright straw yellow colour. The nose is dominated by hints of lemon peel, apple and honeysuckle. The taste is full-bodied, rich, smooth, characterized by an excellent freshness. It closes with a very persistent finish.
